7th July, Kuan and i went to Hilton's hotel for a buffet-dinner to celebrate for my 23 y.o birthday.

Oyster Tip #1: how to differentiate oysters so that u dun make a fool out of urself at a 5-star hotel?
on the left: USA oyster, which is bigger in size...
at the centre: Canadian Oyster, which tends to taste more salty among the three...
on the right: French Oyster, which was rather small in size but it's the one i thought tasted best!
Here, very culte lil' lobsters...
but soon they will be ingested.
Overall, i gif only 3 outta 5 stars to Hilton Hotel International Seafood Buffet. Atmosphere was very "restaurant"; not reali the relax kind which i like.
Food, in terms of taste and variety, was average but seafood was reasonably fresh.
Soft drinks and Wine on free-flow which made the price 45++ worthwhile.
hmmm,I still enjoy it nontheless but i dun reali describe it as fantastic.
Looking forward to my next venture...Haha!
