What a nice drama..enjoyed every episodes...u laugh and cry and then..laugh again...
If you have watched the first sequel, you can be ensured that this would be better than the first one as the two dramas are of diff approach..

moreover, i never once felt the "deja vu" feeling of the same actors doing a similar drama...the script writer and director are really doing a fine piece of work..

This 2nd sequel is more fast-paced and full of surprises...Even though roughly I knew how they are going to end the drama on the last ep, I am still pleasantly surprised by the twists and turns....

FAV artiste:
Some of you might love the role played by 陈法拉. She played the mute daughter who communicates using sign languages...and whenever she gets bullied, u really sympathize with her...
But nevertheless,my all time fave is still ,陈豪 , who played "ah ka"...you can't help but feel that his screen presence was so dominating that even overcast 林峰 in some instances...

BEST artiste:
MUZ BE 米雪who played the "devil woman" in the show...
You really see how much diff in an experienced actress like her from others...
I feel that her best scene would definitely be the last ep where she had to put up a strong front infront of so many ppl when her daughter went against her... the scene had like 20 over ppl, just standing and looking at her...she was the one who delivered superb performance throughout...even though u might think it's only a few minutes..but trust me...u can't let someone who doesn't possess tat kind of acting calibre to act this way- u'll definitely switch off ur tv in seconds!
*She shd get the best actress this year!haha...juz my prediction*

PS:nice theme songs from the drama too...for tvb fans, it shdn't be a surprise that Lin feng can sing so well, rite!

剧情

　　三十多年前，做饼师傅甘泰祖与老板女荷于做饼工场相识，二人情投意合，早已认定对方为自己的另一半。时殷红及其丈夫刚偷渡来港，二人山穷水尽，在工场同乡介绍下，荷伸出同情之手，收留二人在工场打工，更视红如亲姊妹般看待。

　　荷与祖其后结成夫妻，育有甘永家、甘永好、甘永圆、甘咏庆、甘永中以及一养女孙皓月，加上其好姊妹红与丈夫离婚后独力抚养的女儿于素心，取名为“家”、“好”、“月”、“圆”、“庆”、“中”、“秋”，寓意着一个齐整而温馨的“家”，于每年中秋一家团圆。

红为报答荷，把全副精神及心机放在饼铺上，令饼铺的生意蒸蒸日上，而饼铺每年推出的月饼更大受街坊的欢迎，荷庆幸自己当年收留红，除得到一个得力助手外，更多了一个可以倾诉心事的好姊妹。

　　

　　可是，荷却万料不到，好姊妹红在失婚后，因在工场与祖朝夕相对，竟背地里与祖互生情愫，荷一直被蒙在鼓里，当知道此事之时，二人的婚姻已去到无法挽救的地步，祖更以荷害死祖弟全作为自己负心的借口，与荷离婚收场。

　　祖与荷的六个儿女，本来兄友弟恭、和睦相处，但因父母的离异，六兄弟姊妹被逼分散东西，法官逼不得已把家、圆、中判给祖，而荷则要独力抚养好、月、庆成人。从此，六兄弟姊妹再无法如往时般，在同一屋檐下共同生活及成长。

　　荷霎时间失去祖、红及家、圆、中，使荷受尽创伤及挫折。幸好在达、好、月、庆的支持下，能够重新振作起来，咬紧牙关渡过面前种种的难关，独力撑起整头家。
